Quality of energy not dependent on anything. Physical and psychological pain not to be registered. Not to interfere with clarity of mind. We get used to our environment, to suffering and sorrow and conflict. End of sorrow is ending of me. Capture, understand sorrow. Do not run away from it. From sorrow comes passion.
